Solos

Solos uses a particularly gentle process at low temperatures to remove the alcohol without impairing the character-giving aromas. The natural aromas are carefully captured before the dealcoholization process and returned after the alcohol has been removed. This ensures that the sensory profile of the beverage is fully preserved.

The result: the same high-quality ingredients, the same personality and the same authentic taste experience – only without alcohol.

The process begins with a finished spirit, which consists of water, alcohol and complex aroma and flavor components.

  1. Distillation
During the distillation process, the spirit is separated into its main components:

    • Alcohol
    • Water
    • Flavors and aromas

In the case of dark spirits, this step takes place after maturation and initially results in a clear distillate.

  2. Filtration
The distillate then undergoes a defined filtration process.
This is used for further processing and supports the targeted separation of the components.
  3. Selective dealcoholization
The alcohol is selectively removed from the liquid matrix, while:

    • the characteristic flavor and aroma components are retained
    • the water remains as a structure-forming basis

The result is an alcohol-free spirit that retains the typical taste profile and aromatic characteristics of the original – but without the alcohol.

The difference is called Solos

Many non-alcoholic alternatives

Many non-alcoholic alternatives imitate spirits with added flavors. Solos takes a different approach.

Solo’s approach

The starting point is the real spirit – not a flavored base.

The natural aromas are carefully captured, the alcohol gently removed and the product rebuilt with its authentic notes.

Not an imitation, not a replica – but the well-known spirit, rethought for moments without alcohol.
